QUIKRETE Thermo-Lube is an accelerating admixture liquid for concrete and mortar in cold weather, hastening the hydration of Portland cement which enables the cement to harden before freezing.
QUIKRETE® Thermo-Lube is used as an additive to concrete and mortar to help accelerate the set and reduce the time that the fresh concrete needs to be protected from freezing. It is also excellent as a "wetting" agent or a lubricant to allow for more workability.
Early strengths are also enhanced by the addition of QUIKRETE® Thermo-Lube without adversely affecting later strengths. It also imparts excellent workability to all concrete and mortar mixes at any temperature.
